Visit to Perth

We loved it. The weather was lovely- in the high 30's with a couple of days over 40 degrees. The kids had a blast playing at the white sand beaches and splashing about in the beautiful clear water. We visited the zoo, penguin island, Akwa aquatic park, the Margaret River region to the South, Kings park, Fremantle and Rottnest Island. Mama Linda joined the kids and I on the adventure and loved it as well. The flights were long. It is about 22 hours total flying time with 2 stopovers. It was a big adventure for H&B. They were great. Bronto had a bit of trouble at the airports and threw a few fits just to remind us that he was indeed sleep deprived and a wee bit grouchy. We arrived home last night and are now easing back into the time zone and re-familiarizing ourselves with snow...will give more details soon...
